Dallas-based MRG Document Technologies, a provider of mortgage document preparation software and legal compliance, has completed a more streamlined integration with Ellie Mae's Encompass mortgage management platform.
MRG says the integration can solve any problems surrounding new compliance demands coming into effect in January.
‘Encompass users now have real-time regulatory updates accessible through their loan origination systems (LOS),’ says Kathleen Mantych, senior marketing director of MRG. "Initial disclosures and closing packages ordered through the system do not require the user to make legal decisions about their content – that risk is eliminated.’
