0

Princeton, N.J.-based NAI Global, a network of independent commercial real estate (CRE) firms, has signed a multi-year incentive agreement to increase NAI member firms' use of CoStar Group Inc.'s information and analytics services.

According to the companies, the agreement provides benefits to the entire NAI organization, which consists of 350 offices in 55 countries, as individual firms add services or expand existing license agreements with Washington, D.C.-headquartered CoStar. The agreement also provides incentives for NAI firms that add a new subscription to any of CoStar's subscription-based services or extend an existing subscription for a two-year term.

The agreement covers NAI Global's use of CoStar Property Professional, which provides an inventory of commercial properties of all asset types and software to research leasing options, analyze market conditions and demographic data, and position properties in the marketplace; CoStar COMPS Professional, a database of commercial comparable sales transactions; and CoStar Tenant, a database of detailed tenant information for prospecting and analyses.
