NAI Global, a managed network of commercial real estate firms, says it has formed an alliance with Bedford Cost Segregation LLC. The partnership is intended to assist NAI's clients with the implementation of a valuable tax planning strategy known as cost segregation.
Bedford Cost Segregation works with corporate property owners, investors and their tax advisors, providing strategies used to accelerate depreciation deductions, defer tax and improve cashflow. Cost segregation is a factor in transactions involving newly acquired properties, look-back studies for existing properties, tenant improvements or new construction.
Bedford Cost Segregation is based in Bedford, N.H., and will work with NAI Global's managed network.
