The National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) has partnered with Calyx Software to launch a new mortgage origination platform for mortgage brokers that covers both point-of-sale and loan origination.
The cloud-based platform, NAMB All-In, is available to all NAMB members at no cost. With it, mortgage brokers can manage all incoming online applications, exchange and store documents, and provide simultaneous support for both the current and upcoming Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA), NAMB says in a release.
The platform enables access to the Calyx Wholesaler MarketPlace, thus, mortgage brokers can connect with industry-leading wholesale lenders in a single portal and seamlessly exchange data.
Using this portal, wholesaler lenders can import 1003 data and deliver completed documents, such as the loan estimate, closing disclosure, conditions, locks, etc., directly into the broker’s software.
Participating wholesalers so far include Stearns Lending, Plaza Home Mortgage, Quicken Loans, Freedom Mortgage, Caliber Home Loans and United Wholesale Mortgage.
In keeping with NAMB’s philosophy that brokers should be able to choose which lenders they do business with, the platform also supports delivery of FNMA 3.2 files with wholesaler lenders outside the network.
