In addition to Silver Hill Financial, the first commercial lender on the network (see "Silver Hill Joins Calyx Network"), several mortgage service providers have joined the Calyx Network, which allows users of Calyx Software's Point loan origination software to connect directly with lenders and mortgage service providers – automating data exchange and streamlining the loan origination process.
Updates are automatically installed into Calyx Point and new providers added into to the application on a bi-monthly basis, Calyx Software says. The Calyx Network Interface update is automatically installed into Point versions 5.2 and higher as users open their software and connect to the Internet.
The following firms have joined the Calyx Network: Mortech Inc. (product and pricing); CSC Credit Services (credit); Resource Real Estate Services LLC (title); Title One Inc. (land title); Alamo Title, Chicago Title Co., Closing Market, Commonwealth Land Title Co., Fidelity National Title, Gateway Title Co., Lawyers Title Co, Reliant Closing Solutions, Security Union Title Insurance Co., Southland Title Co., Ticor Title (title/escrow); DataVerify, LoanShield (fraud detection); and PitchPoint Solutions (Internet services).
