Mortgage technology provider FNC Inc. has developed a multifunctional data and analytics solution that combines three of the company's current products – Appraisal Score, Property Scan and QC Vigilance – into one platform.
The tool, the Collateral Investigator, is designed for use by appraisers, reviewers, underwriters and quality control professionals, FNC says. FNC clients can use the Collateral Investigator to access sales activity, identify foreclosures or flips, and view neighborhood information.
