McDonald Computer Corp., a provider of automated servicing technology for the mortgage banking industry, says Ofori Lender Services (OLS) has fully converted to its Web-based servicing technology.
Raleigh, N.C.-based OLS went live with Web/T.I.M.E, a Web-based mortgage service-bureau-style servicing system, in January. Web/T.I.M.E. has streamlined OLS operations and made servicing processes more efficient, the companies say.
"The staff at McDonald Computer have been completely accommodating for everything we have asked for," says Karen Heller, OLS' servicing manager. "We are much further along than I thought we would be three months since the conversion. Everyone on the system likes it better than our previous provider, and it is much more user-friendly."
