Due diligence firm Opus Capital Markets Consultants reports that its mortgage solutions portfolio is now fully integrated with mTrade’s Clean Room, an online service that makes buying and selling loans transparent and efficient – turning disorganized loan documents into organized files.
The deal expands opportunities for clients of both companies. Through this integration, Opus CMC’s clients will have access to real-time information on the evolving status of their loans during the loan purchase and due diligence process, the company says in a release.
What’s more, users of mTrade’s Clean Room will have access to Opus CMC’s advanced risk management and quality control services to help streamline and accelerate the loan process.
mTrade claims that its platform makes it possible to organize loan files for any client at any time in their preferred stacking order.
Clean Room also streamlines connections between buyers and sellers, tracking issues and remedies to loans, enabling both parties to settle trades faster and more efficiently.
“By integrating our solutions, we have the ability to collaborate with all of the Clean Room platform’s users, and our clients can now send us bulk files electronically, quickly and with the data already extracted,” says Jennifer LaBud, chief operating officer at Opus CMC.
“Clean Room allows for seamless and real-time exchange of loan files and due diligence findings between us and our clients’ platform, resulting in a more efficient workflow,” LaBud adds.
