PCV Murcor, a provider of real estate valuations, has launched ValuationsDirect, an online appraisal-ordering platform for mortgage brokers and correspondents.
The company says the platform was built to deliver an easier, more transparent method of ordering appraisals, as the appraisals can be ordered 24/7 through the platform via credit card payment. Orders can be placed immediately with appraisers, and the clients can receive online status reports.
According to PCV Murcor, all ValuationsDirect orders are delivered in a Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP)-compliant, XML-ready file through a secure, Web-based portal, as PCV Murcor says its operations have been SSAE-16 certified and validated through third-party audit.
