Platinum Home Mortgage, a Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac seller/servicer and Ginnie Mae issuer, reports that it has opened a new branch in Jupiter, Fla.
The branch office is the seventh new location that the lender has opened so far this year.
The new location will be led by Perry Silverman, area sales manager, and Jamie Conlon-Silverman, branch manager. Also working at the new location are mortgage consultants John Rios and Robert Bangs.
Silverman has more than 24 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He and his team were most recently with United Northern Mortgage Bankers.
The new Jupiter branch offers conventional, non-qualified mortgage, Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Affairs, U.S. Department of Agriculture and Rural Housing mortgages, as well as a variety of renovation programs and an in-house manufactured home financing program. The branch is looking for qualified, licensed mortgage consultants.
