Michael Fontaine has been promoted to co-president of Plaza Home Mortgage, where he will also continue as chief operating officer.
In addition, Michelle Richardson has been promoted to senior vice president, chief financial officer.
Fontaine, who has been with Plaza for 17 years, had previously held the role of chief financial officer.
Richardson joined the company in 2019 as senior vice president of treasury and finance. Previously, she had held senior roles at loanDepot, Icon Residential and IMPAC Mortgage.
Kevin Parra, co-founder, chief executive officer and chairman of Plaza Home Mortgage, will now share the president role with Fontaine.
