Carin Wolkenberg recently joined Potestivo & Associates PC, a law firm serving the real estate finance and credit industry, as an associate attorney the firm’s Chicago office.
Wolkenberg has more than nine years experience preparing documents for commercial acquisitions, title and survey review and closing procedures.
She has worked hard to develop good relationships with attorneys, trustees and courts while preserving collateral and achieving cost-effective resolutions on behalf of her clients, the company says in a release.
Wolkenberg received her juris doctor from Loyola University and went on to receive her master of laws in trial advocacy and mediation.
