Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. (PRMI) reports that it has opened a new brick-and-mortar location in Miami.
The new location at The Crossings is under the management of Cary Roque-Valdovinos.
The team at the new branch has a combined 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry, PRMI says in a release.
Roque-Valdovinos, who will serve as branch manager, has 31 years of mortgage industry experience. Before joining PRMI, she was a senior mortgage loan officer for Regions Bank.
In her new role, Roque-Valdovinos will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, recruitment and assisting individuals with their home loan needs.
She is joined by Albert Muina, sales manager; Roy Aguila, sales manager; Marilyn Suarez, senior mortgage loan officer; Robert Vazquez, senior mortgage loan officer; Sue Sprague, underwriter; Andrea Salazar, loan processor; and Melba Teran-Salazar, loan processor assistant.
PRMI now has nearly 250 branches in 49 states.
