Dallas-based residential mortgage originator PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital company, has added senior loan officers Cathy Byrd and Irma Hunold and loan officer Irma Quintanilla to branch offices located in Arizona and Texas.
Cathy Byrd has joined the company as a senior loan officer in the Chandler, Ariz., office. In this new role, Byrd will work with residents in the community on purchase and refinance mortgage loans needed throughout the greater Arizona area. Byrd has more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience, previously serving as a loan officer at PHH.
Irma Hunold has joined the company as a senior loan officer in its Houston branch office. In this position, she will work with residents on purchase and refinance mortgage loans needed throughout the greater Houston area. With more than 25 years of mortgage industry experience, she comes to PrimeLending after working at Sutherland Global as an operations manager.
Irma Quintanilla has joined PrimeLending as a loan officer in the Corpus Christi, Texas, branch. In this role, she will work with residents on purchase and refinance mortgage loans needed throughout the greater South Texas area. Quintanilla brings more than 24 years of mortgage industry experience to the company, having worked at Kleberg First National Bank also as a loan officer.
