Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. (PRMI) recently announced the opening of a new retail location in Seattle.
The new brick-and-mortar branch – the 11th PRMI has opened in Washington – is under the management of Kyle Bergquist, who has six years of experience in the mortgage industry.
Prior to joining PRMI, Bergquist was a senior loan officer with Guild Mortgage.
In his new role, Bergquist will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, recruitment, and assisting individuals with their home loan needs.
He is joined by Theresa Sheridan, sales manager, who is a 16-year veteran in the industry. Sheridan will be responsible for managing the sales team.
“There are several loan programs offered to support homebuyers and most people have no idea they exist,” Sheridan says in a release. “Our team is here to give people in our community the tools and resources they need as they make one of the biggest financial decisions in their lifetime. We are here to help every step of the way.”
The new Seattle location also includes Loan Officer Scott Sheridan; Loan Officer Svetlana Brikina; Loan Officer Shawn White; Loan Officer Ryan Todd; Loan Officer Assistant Lindsey Morris; Loan Officer Assistant Eric Sitts; Loan Officer Assistant Samuel Langford; and Marketing Coordinator Susan Harrison. The team has loan originators who speak Korean, Russian and Spanish.
PRMI now has more than 200 branches located in 49 states.
The lender offers a wide variety of products, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, HELOC, and reverse mortgages.
