Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. (PRMI) has expanded into Marin County, Calif., with the opening of a new location in Larkspur.
The new office will be overseen by Michael Koran and Dane Moler, who are both Bay Area division managers.
PRMI’s San Francisco division is on pace to set new origination volume records again this year after funding a record-setting $91.9 million in loans in 2015. Since opening in 2008, the PRMI San Francisco division has helped more than 1,600 people attain their dreams of homeownership.
A 12-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Koran is one of the top five loan originators in the San Francisco area, according to Yelp. A native of California, Koran previously worked as vice president of sales, as well as a division manager.
Moler has been working in the mortgage industry in the San Francisco area for well over a decade. He has earned multiple management and origination honors throughout his real estate lending career.
