QuestSoft, a provider of compliance software and geocoding services for lenders, says that its Compliance EAGLE, an end-to-end, fully automated compliance review system, has been integrated into Loan Energizer. Loan Energizer is a loan origination system (LOS) designed by Encino, Calif.-based Management Systems Development Inc. that provides complete underwriting and closing support for brokers and lenders of any size.
Compliance EAGLE combines all components of mortgage lending compliance into one system, which can now be accessed through Loan Energizer by any of its broker and lender users. Compliance EAGLE uses the Mavent Expert System to perform a full range of compliance services. The software reviews federal, state and local regulations, providing lenders and investors with increased confidence for reduced regulatory and litigation risk, according to QuestSoft.
