Real estate data and analytics firm RealtyTrac has inked a deal with brokerage media company REAL Trends to combine the companies' housing data resources to provide real estate professionals with a wider array of products and services.
As per the agreement, the two companies ‘will work jointly on many levels, including conducting surveys to cull data from leading real estate brokerages across the country, as well as utilizing their media relationships and contacts in a cooperative effort to create mutual media stories and reports on general housing industry topics,’ according to a press release.
