Theresa Sprague recently joined Ross Mortgage Corp., a full-service residential mortgage lender headquartered in Troy, Mich., as vice president of branch growth and retention.
In addition, Jason Sprague and his team of fellow loan officers – Jon DeKoninck, Denise Huettner and Tim Donner – have also joined the company.
As vice president of branch growth and retention, Theresa Sprague will be responsible for assisting branch managers with the continued growth and success of their respective operations.
Leveraging her 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, she will also be tasked with supporting new and existing team members to achieve their goals for production and income in offices across Michigan and beyond.
Jason Sprague will lead his team of loan officers – DeKoninck, Huettner and Donner – and will be responsible for overseeing operations. He will also help grow Ross Mortgages’ national presence by leveraging his relationships to originate loans both locally and nationally, and will coordinating community outreach efforts to build relationships with local residents and real estate professionals.
Founded in 1949, Ross Mortgage operates 15 locations through a network of offices located in Michigan, Florida and Maryland.
