Ross Mortgage Corp., a full-service residential mortgage lender, reports that it has opened a new branch in Johnson City, Tennessee.
“The Ross Mortgage family is proud to begin serving the people of Johnson City through our new branch and its accomplished team,” says Tim Ross, CEO of Ross Mortgage Corp., in a release. “The explosive growth of the northeastern Tennessee region makes the city an ideal location to continue our ongoing expansion efforts.”
Gregg Pechmann has been hired as branch manager for the new location, where he will oversee the branch’s staff and operations.
Pechmann will also be responsible for promoting Ross Mortgage in the Johnson City market and investing in the branch’s team to ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed.

The new branch joins Ross Mortgage’s existing Nashville location.
