Real estate investment banking firm Savills Granite has expanded into a new headquarters in New York and branded itself as Savills LLC.
Savills LLC was established in August 2007 through the acquisition of Granite Partners, a New York-based real estate investment banking company, by Savills Plc, a global real estate services firm. The company was immediately renamed Savills Granite. Less than one year later, the team has relocated to a new, 17,626 square-foot office at 599 Lexington Ave. and has been rebranded as Savills LLC.
