‘When considering the proposed regulation, the most important piece is to ensure that loan originators and other interested parties are not permitted to select or contact the appraiser or influence the value in any way,’ states Kevin Gugenheim, executive vice president and chief strategic officer.
ServiceLink's products and services provide for a traditional, fully outsourced vendor management solution, or the company can assume management responsibilities and oversight for a lender's existing appraiser panel.
