ServiceLink, a provider of origination and default services, says it has improved appraisal appointment and delivery time using its new Vision computer telephony integration (CTI) technology.
CTI Technology electronically confirms the appraiser's availability within minutes of an appraisal order hitting the Vision system and automatically calls and conferences in the borrower to confirm the pre-selected appointment date and time, according to ServiceLink. This process provides national coverage and allows the loan officer and/or processor to lock in the borrower's commitment by securing his or her availability for an appraisal inspection at the time of application.
‘Utilizing this system to quickly set and confirm the time and date for the appraiser to inspect the property typically allows us to return our completed valuation products to our lenders within two days of the appointment date,’ says Jeff Coury, president and CEO of ServiceLink.
