Jay Promisco has joined Sierra Pacific Mortgage as senior vice president of retail lending.
Promisco has 17 years of experience in the financial industry. He is a retail leader who has extensive experience running and resourcing retail mortgage banking enterprises, Sierra Pacific says in a release.
His retail mortgage expertise includes business leadership, builder business, portfolio retention, operations, compliance and capital markets, as well as creating onboarding programs and recruiting platforms, overseeing technology implementations and running joint ventures.
Most recently, Promisco was the executive vice president of joint ventures for Stearns Lending.
In his new role, Promisco will oversee Sierra Pacific’s 100+ retail branch network, including more than 500 team members.
He is based out of the corporate office in Folsom, Calif.
