Industry veteran John Goulding has joined Sierra Pacific Mortgage Co., Inc., as the divisional sales leader for the East Coast.
Goulding has more than 34-years of experience working with banking institutions and independent mortgage companies. He is a results-driven executive with a history of taking on critical business assignments and leading sales teams to perform at a high level, the company says in a press release.
Most recently, he served as the divisional vice president for Stearns Lending. Prior to that, he worked as the regional sales leader for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the Mid-Atlantic for over 18 years.
In his new role with Sierra Pacific, Goulding will oversee the retail sales team for all of the East and Midwest markets. He will have oversight of the strategic direction, business development, and market expansion for the retail platform on the East Coast.
Goulding will be partnering with Liz Collins, East Coast divisional manager, who currently manages the company’s fulfillment and sales team based in Ellicott City, Md.
Sierra Pacific Mortgage is licensed in 49 states including New York and has an extensive retail footprint in Midwest and East Coast markets.
