Lakewood, Colo.-based Solera National Bank has launched a residential mortgage division.
According to the bank, the new division will consist of 40 mortgage professionals and five loan production offices. Kathleen Stout, who previously led the Residential Mortgage of Colorado division of Universal Lending Corp., was hired as president of the new division; she will also hold the title of executive vice president at the bank.
