Kenneth M. Krome recently joined SouthLaw PC, a law firm focusing on the protection of creditors’ rights in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa, as an associate attorney.
Krome works in the firm’s commercial and special assets department in its corporate office located in Overland Park, Kansas.
He is currently admitted to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.
Krome obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology from University of Missouri-Columbia in 2010.
He obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2013.
He primarily represents the interests of lenders as they relate to commercial and multifamily foreclosure and evictions, commercial loan defaults and workouts, the enforcement of security interests in and recovery of automobiles and special assets, UCC Article 9 transactions, fraud and lender liability issues, and general collection matters.
