Splash Media LP, a provider of online video training content and corporate communication, has finalized agreements with Calyx Software to offer and produce the newly formed Mortgage Professional Training Network (MPTN) to the mortgage industry via streaming video over the Internet.
‘MPTN's mission is to provide television-quality training, news and commentary specifically for the mortgage industry,’ states Russell Gray, co-founder of MPTN. ‘Calyx's commitment to promote MPTN to their over 200,000 users demonstrates not only their confidence in the MPTN concept, but their dedication to supporting the industry as it pushes through challenging times.’
Splash Media's foray into the mortgage industry will be via its newest subsidiary, Mortgage Media LLC, which will be responsible for the full creation of the MPTN, including the production and distribution of real-time and mortgage-specific content to be broadcast on the MPTN network. MPTN promises to deliver daily news broadcasts as well as relevant training from leaders in the mortgage industry.
