Timothy Verinder has joined Stonegate Mortgage Corp. as southwest regional manager.
Verinder has 20 years of mortgage industry experience. Most recently, he worked as regional vice president, TPO sales manager at ResMac Inc. Previously, he served as vice president, TPO sales manager at Flagstar Bank and as an account executive in Bank of America’s wholesale mortgage channel.
In his new role, Verinder will lead the southwest region’s third party origination sales teams, selling products in all three TPO channels – broker, non-delegated and bulk mandatory.
