Niles, Ill.-based Summit Valuations, a full-service valuation company, has hired Mark Melikian as chief valuation officer to lead product development and the quality assurance team.
Melikian brings 28 years of industry experience to the company, having developed valuation services and represented buyers and sellers in secondary market loan tie-out meetings. Further, Melikian has prior experience reviewing real estate owned properties for government-sponsored enterprises Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
