Mortgage industry veteran Ruth Lee has joined mortgage technology firm Take Three Technologies as executive vice president.
The Denver-based fintech startup is focused on empowering mortgage lenders and loan originators with best-in-class technology solutions.
Lee was previously executive vice president at MorVest Capital. She also served for 11 years at Titan Lenders Corp. where she rose to the rank of senior director, mortgage services. Titan Lenders was acquired by MetaSource in 2016.
Anita Padilla-Fitzgerald, president and CEO of Take 3, says Lee “has an impressive track record of success in the mortgage banking and lending industries.”
“Her experience, paired with her deep knowledge of innovative lending practices and technology, make her uniquely qualified to lead our technology expansion efforts,” Padilla-Fitzgerald says in a release. “We are confident that we have selected the right person for the job, and we are delighted she has accepted the position.”
In her new role with Take3, Lee will lead the startup’s efforts to expand adoption of its proprietary software, TheRuleTool, which provides originators with on-demand access to guidelines using a simple online and mobile-friendly interface.
TheRuleTool improves efficiency and reduces operational drag early in the process for mortgage banking operations and executives, the company says.
