Tim Ross has transitioned into the role of CEO for Ross Mortgage Corp., a regional, full-service residential mortgage lender headquartered in Troy, Mich.
In addition, Tim Pascarella has been promoted to president of the company. Previously, Pascarella was vice president and co-branch manager.
Ross has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, having expanded Ross Mortgage from a single-office start-up to a multi-branch, full-service company.
As CEO of Ross Mortgage, Ross will lead the company’s senior executive team and work toward the continued expansion of the business across Michigan and the Midwest.
Pascarella began his career with Ross Mortgage 15 years ago as a loan officer and has held the positions of senior loan officer, vice president and co-branch manager of the company’s Royal Oak, Allen Park, Clarkston and Livonia offices.
As president, Pascarella will supervise Ross Mortgage’s statewide network of branch offices and branch managers, oversee sales, originate loans, monitor production, and drive company goals.
Founded in 1949, Ross Mortgage is a regional mortgage banking company with 11 offices extending from Michigan to Florida.
