Titan Lenders Corp., a Denver-headquartered mortgage back-office fulfillment services provider specializing in closing, funding, and post-closing services, signed nine customer contracts in the first quarter of 2008.
Scattered across the country in California, Colorado, North Carolina, Utah and Virginia, Titan's contracts for this time period include 1st Charter Financial, All American Mortgage, Eastchester Mortgage, Hawthorne Capital, Insite Financial, Integrity Home Mortgage Corp, Lending Capital Group, New American Mortgage and Sage Credit Co.
According to Titan's vice president for sales, Ruth Lee, the firm expects to more than double its customer base during the second quarter of 2008 and continue a steady customer acquisition incline throughout the year.
