TitleOne, an Idaho-based title insurance and settlement services provider, has acquired Sun Valley Title Co., a Blaine County, Idaho-based company with locations in Ketchum and Hailey. Terms of the deal were not disclsosed.
TitleOne reports that it will keep the Sun Valley Title brand intact for now. In addition, Sun Valley Title employees will become part owners of TitleOne and will retain their current positions.
Mark Tidd, CEO of TitleOne, says the acquisition will widen TitleOne's presence in Idaho.
‘Adding Sun Valley Title to the TitleOne family will expand our servicing capability into more counties, with new locations and the addition of an outstanding team,’ Tidd says in a release. ‘The Sun Valley Title team has a longstanding history of delivering outstanding service to the Blaine County market – which is aligned with TitleOne's commitment to our team and customers throughout Idaho.’
Cassie Jones, Sun Valley Title's manager, will continue to lead operations, the company reports.
‘We're very fortunate to benefit from TitleOne's well-earned reputation as an industry leader and look forward to providing our customers with TitleOne's innovative technology and breadth of experience and knowledge,’ Jones says in a release.
Sun Valley Title has a history of providing title and escrow services since 1907.
