Allison Netzer recently joined Total Expert, a provider of automated enterprise marketing, compliance and customer relationship management software to the mortgage industry, as chief marketing officer.
Netzer has 20 years of industry experience. She most recently served as senior vice president of strategy and marketing at Kony, Inc., a globally recognized fintech brand acquired by banking software leader Temenos in 2019.
Prior to Temenos, she served as global marketing director at Dell, where she led the design, implementation, and strategic vision of the next generation of Dell.com.
At Total Expert, Netzer will continue to accelerate the rapid adoption of the company’s marketing and experience platform used by the nation’s top banks and lenders to better communicate and engage with customers. She will focus on developing cross-channel marketing campaigns, building out future product go-to-market strategies and continuing to support financial institutions in deepening their customer engagement strategy to promote life-long relationships.
