Milford, Conn.-based Total Mortgage Services is offering four $1,000 scholarships to students who are attending, or plan on attending, a college or university located in Connecticut.
Scholarship applicants must be undergraduates in college or high school seniors, must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and demonstrate financial need as well as high personal character and leadership skills.
The deadline for the scholarship applications is Nov. 15. According to the company, an independent scholarship selection committee will choose the winners, and the scholarships will be awarded for the 2013 spring semester.
