The analysis, which will be offered to the ICSC membership, is aimed at helping commercial real estate practitioners better understand the position of shopping center properties by providing detailed income and expense data. The analysis will be based on Trepp's database of properties and a survey of shopping center owners and management companies.

The benchmark analysis represents an expansion of the collaboration between ICSC and Trepp. Since 2009, ICSC has maintained access to Trepp's monthly reports to serve the research requirements of its 58,000 members.
