Andrew Lion and Wendy Lovett have joined LenderLive Network Inc. as regional account executives for the company's correspondent lending division.
Lion has more than 10 years of experience as a mortgage professional in retail, wholesale and correspondent lending platforms. Most recently, he was an account executive for Amerisave Institutional Lending, covering northern California, where he assisted in the development of the company's third-party origination correspondent and wholesale lending channel. Earlier, he worked in retail origination with DHI Mortgage, a division of D.R. Horton, and as a wholesale account executive with CitiMortgage Inc. and Provident Savings Bank.
In his new role, Lion will cover northern California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska for LenderLive.
Lovett has more than 15 years of mortgage industry experience. She most recently served as sales director for Stonegate Mortgage, where she assisted in the development of correspondent and emerging banking and business channels. Previously, she was a top-producing vice president and account executive with Credit Suisse, where she was responsible for correspondent and wholesale business development. Lovett has also held account executive positions with national lenders, including Aurora Loan Services and New Penn Financial.
In her new position, Lovett will cover the states of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah.
Both Lion and Lovett will work with current and prospective clients, including community banks and credit unions participating in or considering the LenderLive correspondent program. Both will report directly to Bob Kallio, senior vice president of the correspondent division.
