USFN has released its updated National Mortgage Servicer's Reference Directory (NMSRD) for 2008. The organization is currently accepting pre-orders for the directory, which will be available in September.
The NMSRD covers expanded loss mitigation, including assumptions, deeds-in-lieu, forbearance agreements and loan modification timelines in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. This latest version includes a new chapter on the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, as well as information on equitable subrogation.
The NMSRD is available to the public for $325 plus shipping and handling.
