To provide lenders with comprehensive appraiser selection and due diligence services, Valligent, a provider of appraisal review and collateral due diligence, has integrated with Clearbox, a provider of appraiser credentials and compliance for valuation service providers.
Until recently, lenders have had limited solutions for conducting appraiser due diligence. Through this integration, lenders can obtain Clearbox's appraiser credentialing database and background checks and Valligent's collateral auditing services through both platforms.
