ValuAmerica, a wholly owned subsidiary of Clayton Holdings offering appraisal, title, closing and settlement services, reports that it has successfully integrated its ValuNet xsp platform with Ellie Mae’s Encompass loan origination system (LOS).
As such, users of Encompass now have the ability to order ValuAmerica’s appraisal and title products directly through the LOS.
With the ability to order appraisals directly from ValuAmerica without having to leave the LOS, lenders gain a more streamlined workflow, ValuAmerica says in a release.
“Our secure, seamless integration with Encompass enables our clients to simplify the ordering of our appraisal and title services so they can more efficiently process mortgage loans and grow their business,” says Shawn Murphy, executive vice president of ValuAmerica.
Murphy notes that Radian Guaranty, a subsidiary of Radian Group Inc. that owns ValuAmerica’s parent company, Clayton Holdings, previously integrated its mortgage insurance offerings with Encompass.
