Mark Lyons has been promoted to the new role of senior vice president for corporate sales development at appraisal management company Valuation Partners.
Lyons has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking and settlement services industries, the company says in a release. He has built sales organizations from the ground up for highly successful companies. Previously, he held executive positions with Countrywide Home Loans and LandSafe Real Estate Origination Services.
In his new role, Lyons, who has been with Valuation Partners since 2009, will be responsible for heading the company's strategic planning initiatives, maintaining key national account relationships and leading product development.
In addition, Clint Reinhardt has been promoted to senior vice president, national sales and marketing manager.
Reinhardt has more than 25 years of business development experience in correspondent, retail, settlement services and sales management in the mortgage industry. His experience includes serving as vice president in the correspondent division of Bank of America and first vice president of LandSafe Settlement Services.
In his new role, Reinhardt will be responsible for leading the Valuation Partners sales team nationwide.
What's more, the company has hired Robert Gans as vice president, national account executive.
Gans is a seasoned sales veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including wholesale and correspondent sales, new account development, and account management. Previously, he was regional sales manager for Sierra Pacific Mortgage and also served as vice president and regional sales manager with Washington Mutual.
In his new position, Gans will be responsible for selling real estate valuation services to mortgage bankers, banks and credit unions in the Midwest and North Central regions of the U.S.
