James Flood recently joined Valuation Partners, a national appraisal management company with access to over 10,000 independent fee appraisers in all 50 states, as vice president of the company’s Southeast U.S. region.
Flood has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held executive roles at several large mortgage and mortgage technology companies. Most recently, he served as a regional SaaS sales director with Vantage Production, where he was the company’s top sales producer in 2017.
He has also served as national sales director of InHouse and national accounts manager of AllRegs. He began his mortgage career as a correspondent account executive with Citigroup, where he exceeded the bank’s loan volume goals in the Southeast by more than 150%.
In his new role, Flood will be responsible for overseeing business development and new client services in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Florida.
