Waterstone Capital Advisors LLC, a commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) defeasance consulting firm, has officially opened its New York City office.
The new office, located at 260 Madison Ave., New York, 10016, is the second location for Waterstone Capital Advisors, which is headquartered in Charlotte, N.C.
‘Our goal has always been to provide excellent customer service, while guiding our clients through all aspects of the defeasance transaction,’ says John Church, a principal at the firm. ‘Our New York location will provide our clients expanded access to our defeasance team as we continue to broaden our products and services.’
