Margie Hennessey has joined Waterstone Mortgage Corp. as vice-president – eastern region sales.
Hennessey has more than 21 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, including nearly 15 years in senior leadership roles. She is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and spent over 15 years as a nationally certified ASL interpreter before beginning her mortgage career. She is also an ACC-accredited life coach through the International Coaching Federation.
In her new role, Hennessey will be responsible for driving growth within the east division by spearheading talent acquisition initiatives. She will collaborate closely with Waterstone Mortgage’s east region managers and recruiting team to establish new branches and foster the expansion of existing branches through the recruitment of additional loan originators.
