Jodi Johnson recently joined national mortgage lender Waterstone Mortgage Corp. as vice president, risk and audit.
In addition, Ed Vaccaro has joined the company as a regional vice president of retail production.
Johnson has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industries.
In her new role, Johnson will be responsible for managing agency exams and audits, overseeing the risk and control environment, managing and resolving exam and audit findings, and directing several internal improvement initiatives.
Vaccaro began his career in the mortgage industry in 1991 as a loan originator. By 1997, he had already successfully built his first business region.
Throughout his career, Vaccaro has managed and fostered the growth of many mortgage business regions. He has more than 20 years of senior management experience and was previously with Banc Home Loans, which was acquired by Caliber Home Loans, Inc.
In his new role, Vaccaro will be responsible for overseeing Waterstone’s operations and retail growth throughout northern California.
