Jim Harper has joined Waterstone Mortgage as vice president, accounting and finance.
Harper has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including seven years of work within the mortgage industry. He has a proven track record in financial strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams. Throughout his career, he has held several senior leadership positions, including senior vice president – corporate controller and chief financial officer.
In his new role with Waterstone Mortgage, Harper leads the accounting and funding teams, with a focus on ensuring efficient operations while delivering consistently accurate and timely financial reporting. He also provides reliable and actionable financial data to the executive leadership team.
