Waterstone Mortgage Opens New Location in Tulsa

National mortgage lender Waterstone Mortgage Corp. reports that it has opened a new retail branch in Tulsa, Okla., that will be led by branch manager Kerrick Draper.

The branch offers a wide selection of mortgage loan solutions for homebuyers.

Draper has more than 32 years of experience in the financial services industry – 15 of which have been in a mortgage lending environment.

Also joining the new Waterstone Mortgage branch are Michelle Isenbart, operations manager; Patty Chumbley, Mike David, Teresa Eisenman, Sean McKee and Joey Scott, loan originators; Tanya Dickinson and Ronda Perkins, processors; Kendall Basore, closer; and Sheryl Browning underwriter.

Many of the team members have multiple decades of experience in their respective positions, and they look forward to continuing to serve the greater Tulsa area.

Waterstone Mortgage offers a variety of conventional, government, specialty, and portfolio loan options, including the Medical Professional Program, Single Loan Close Construction Program, and the no-down-payment Wealth Building Loan.

The lender also offers a Community Heroes program, which requires a 1% down payment, for eligible police officers, firefighters, teachers, EMTs, and paramedics; and a Community Experts program, which requires no down payment, for qualified accountants, architects, Ph.D.s, financial analysts and actuaries.
