Waterstone Mortgage Opens Six New Branches

Waterstone Mortgage reports that it has opened six new branches across the U.S. in recent months.

The new branches are located in Fredericksburg, Va.; Enterprise, Ala.; Chicago; Bloomington, Ill.; Hiwatha, Iowa; and Salem, Ore.

The new branch in Fredericksburg is led by branch manager David Garofalo, who was previously a branch manager for Total Mortgage Services.

The branch in Enterprise is headed by co-branch managers Bill Frazier and Kim McIntyre. Frazier was previously a branch manager for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp.; Kim was an area manager for Fairway.

The Chicago branch is led by co-branch managers Tariq “TK” Khwaja and Tim Brigham, both previously LPO managers at Evolve Bank & Trust.

The Bloomington branch is headed by branch manager Rebecca Stiles-Bergquist, who was previously a branch manager for Inlanta Mortgage.

The Hiawatha branch is led by Kathryn Brune, previously a senior broker for Inlanta Mortgage.

The Salem branch is headed by Walt Schulz, who was previously an area manager and senior loan officer for Academy Mortgage Corp.
