Waterstone Mortgage has relocated its home office to Brookfield, Wis.

Previously located in Pewaukee, Wis., the move comes as part of the lender’s initiative to provide an engaging, innovative workspace for its corporate team, while accommodating the shift to a predominantly hybrid workforce.

“With many of our team members working remotely or with a hybrid schedule, the transition to a smaller but more modernly equipped space made sense,” says Elizabeth Spragg, chief people and administrative officerfor Waterstone Mortgage, in a release. “Our new location will allow our team members to collaborate effectively and operate efficiently — both in and outside the office — so we can continue providing the best possible experience for our homebuyers.”

Designed and constructed in collaboration with Nathan Keller, founder and CEO of Tillit Consulting, the new Waterstone Mortgage home office includes several conference rooms for in-person meetings, as well as open workstations that can be reserved by team members for the day.

Tillit, a leader in commercial construction projects for the greater Milwaukee area, was a key partner in the development of the new space.

As Waterstone Mortgage nears its 25th anniversary in the coming year, the home office transition is only one part of the lender’s plan to continue delivering an elite experience for customers nationwide.

“We look forward to continuing our mission to help as many homebuyers as possible achieve their goals,” says Jeff McGuiness, president and CEO of Waterstone Mortgage. “As an elite lender, we know the new Home Office location will be an important contributor to our overall success, and we will continue to focus on providing the best loan variety, technology solutions, and exceptional customer service that we’re known for.”
